This July, Jinjo welcomes Master Brewer Tetsuro Igarashi of Tensei Sake from the renowned Kumazawa Brewing Company, as he joins forces with Chef Makoto Saito and his team for an intimate one-night only sake pairing dinner on the 25th July (Wednesday), 7.00pm.
“This exclusive dinner will feature a specially curated charcoal grill-focused menu, offering some of Jinjo’s signatures, paired with a selection of Sake from Tensei such as Junmai Ginjo, Junmai and Tokubetsu Honjozo. Diners can look forward to interacting with Igarashi-san as he shares his experience and insights into Tensei’s offerings.”
