Sake enthusiasts rejoice! This November, JINJO joins hands with Tatenokawa Brewery for a 2-day sake pairing dinner (07 & 08 November 2018).

Fans of Bistro Du Vin’s classic French cuisine can look forward with great anticipation as Chef Laurent Brouard introduces several new offerings on the menu. Tantalising treats include the Moules Bouchot Marinières, 10-day dry aged Normandy Beef striploin as well as a Fricassee of baby scallops, prawns and mussels.

With the festive season approaching, Bistro Du Vin has created a few specials for dine-in and takeaway. Showcase the best of French cuisine at your festive parties with an array of charcuterie, French oysters and organic roasted poultry.

Celebrate Christmas with your friends and loved ones over a table filled with handcrafted yuletide goodies inspired by classic French recipes and made with the season’s finest ingredients. With 4 well-curated hampers to choose from – LOVE, JOY, HOPE and PEACE, there is definitely a little something to put everyone in a jolly mood.

In typical Tarte fashion, the team has also prepared two lovely tarts – Maple Pecan and Spiced Caramel Mixed Nuts, which will serve as the perfect ending to a scrumptious meal.

A BIGGER AND BOLDER MENU AWAITS

It’s always options aplenty when dining at La Strada. Diners can look forward to Chef Dalton’s latest curation of modern classic Italian dishes focused on seasonal ingredients from around the world. New dishes on the menu include the Sliced Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio with horseradish, capers, parmiagiano and truffle dressing as well as the Foie Gras Raviolo with port wine reduction and toasted hazelnut.

NamNam is turning up the heat this year at ZoukOut 2018 – Asia’s largest dusk to dawn dance music festival with hot piping bowls of Pho, savoury Banh Mi and small bites that will be served at the Food Village. Partygoers will be treated to world-class stage productions and top-notch acts headlined by Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike as well as some of the biggest names in the industry such as DVLM, Galantis and W&W.
