Enjoy favourites such as charcoal grilled Australian Wagyu striploin served with cabbage and truffle mash potato, tapas staples like pan-fried foie gras, sweet radish with muscovado glazed sugar, and baked Hokkaido scallops in herbs butter, with cauliflower and Sobrasada sauce. Finishing off with Spanish desserts to end the night on a sweet note.
