‘Tis the season to celebrate and indulge, and at Kissajin, we are spreading the holiday cheer with the perfect gift for your taste buds! Just in time for the holidays, we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our menu, featuring delightful additions that will make your festive gatherings extra memorable.
Treat yourself to our Wagyu Beef Salad ($22++), where succulent sliced wagyu beef is served with crisp, fresh greens, grilled corn and luscious lava egg. And we heard you – the crowd favourite promotional item – Salmon Sashimi ($12++) is taking a permanent spot on our menu!
There is no other dish that is more comforting than our Chicken Nanban Don ($18++), featuring fork-tender chicken with egg mayo served atop a bed of fluffy Japanese rice. And to spice up the holiday season, do not miss out on our Salmon Katsu Curry ($19++), where crispy salmon katsu meets rich Japanese curry for a dish that embodies the warmth of Christmas.

Come 19th December, KOAL turns up the heat with a refreshed menu, bringing guests on a discovery of the grill, showcasing a fresh take on familiar Asian flavours.
New appearances include Seafood ‘Juk’ ($38++), KOAL’s take on a seafood porridge featuring koshihikari rice boiled in flavourful seafood broth topped with baby abalone, monkfish and shrimps served in a sizzling hot claypot. Grilled Eggplants ($12++), yaki nasu served with soy confit garlic, crispy tempura bits, and a drizzle of coriander yoghurt. Last but not the least, Apple Crumble ($16++), consisting of smoked gelato served on apple compote, crunchy oat crumble and finished with shoyu caramel sauce.
Those desiring a hint of familiarity can still enjoy the KOAL Dinner Rolls ($10++), fluffy dinner rolls packed with bacon bits and grilled spring onion served alongside sour cream and chive butter. Not forgetting a crowd favourite, Charred Broccoli ($9++), florets of broccoli and soy pickled onions, garnished with sesame dressing and bonito flakes.

From 28th November to 22nd January 2024, indulge in their Chicken Cajun Pizza (M: $21++, L: $27++, XXL: $62++) – tender Cajun chicken strips and mozzarella with slices of green bell peppers, onions and red chilli assembled on a crispy thin crust.
Pair it with the Melon Prosciutto Salad ($21++) – enjoy the crunchy and sweet hami melon with savoury parma ham slices, drizzled in balsamic glaze and mint basil vinaigrette adorned on fresh greens. Complete the meal with a plate of Truffle Porcini Pasta ($28++) – spaghetti mixed with porcini mushrooms, black truffle paste, aromatic truffle oil and topped off with shaved parmesan.
