Headed by Chef and Owner Chia Jue Mao — also known as Smoky Mao to his peers — S’Mao Barbecue specialises in finger-smacking authentic Texas style barbecue and smoking techniques.

Diners can look forward to indulging in S’Mao Signature Meat Platters – available in Medium ($125) and Large ($195) – featuring Duroc Pork Ribs, Honeyed Duroc Pork Belly and House-made Cajun-style Andouille Sausage. Each platter comes with six sides including Basil Mac ‘N’ Cheese and Cornbread with Butter, and comes with all four sauces.
