It’s always options aplenty when dining at La Strada. Diners can look forward to Chef Dalton’s latest curation of modern classic Italian dishes focused on seasonal ingredients from around the world. New dishes on the menu include the Sliced Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio with horseradish, capers, parmiagiano and truffle dressing as well as the Foie Gras Raviolo with port wine reduction and toasted hazelnut.
