A new season brings about change, and Bistro du Vin is excited to welcome Chef Peter Teo as their new Chef de Cuisine. Formerly the Executive Chef of Bistro du Vin and Bâtard, Hong Kong, and La Strada’s Chef de Cuisine for a brief season, Chef Peter’s diverse experience has largely inspired his culinary creations.
Following his return to Bistro du Vin, Chef Peter will be introducing his repertoire of dishes as part of the brand new Autumn à la carte menu.
Take your taste buds on a gastronomic journey through France with the Pigeon Fumé ($30++), which features a cold salad of hay smoked pigeon accompanied with a medley of vegetables followed by hearty mains like the Homard ($42++), Turbot Grillé ($110++), or Epaule D’agneau Rotie ($98++). End your meal on a sweet note with the Paris Brest ($18++), a choux pastry filled with delightful Hazelnut Praline.
