As a tribute and a “thank you” to all mothers out there, Mui Kee will be launching a comforting Set Meal for 4 ($68+, U.P. $78.20), available from 6 May to 15 May 2022. The set consists of four bowls of silky and heartwarming congee, classic Drunken Chicken in Shaoxing Wine, simple yet no less delicious Poached Kai Lan, yummy Crispy Dough Fritters and Grass Jelly Dessert with Longan to end.

This set meal will be available for dine-in, takeaway and delivery. Let us give back a little to mum and remember that they need some comfort too – what better than a meal together with her.

Celebrating Mums in Style

For the first time, LINO Pizza & Pasta Bar will be launching their exclusive Mothers’ Day 4-course set menu ($45++) – and no, it is not their usual pizzas and pasta.

Look forward to exquisite dishes such as hearty Lentil and Mortadella Ham Soup or delicate and sweet Pan-fried Scamorza, drizzled with aromatic truffle balsamic glaze, to kickstart your meal. Coming up next, sink your teeth into their Granchio Mac & Cheese Croquette – crunchy, cheesy and creamy, this grub hits the sweet spot for us! A Holistic Spanish Feast for Mum!

TWO NEW JAPANESE CONCEPTS COMING SOON – JINHONTEN AND KISSAJIN

Japanese cuisine lovers, stay tuned. Two new Japanese brands are coming to Shaw Centre: Jinhonten – a new sleek, classy, and modern Japanese seafood-focused omakase concept; and Kissajin – a Japanese kissaten (cafe) inspired concept.

At Jinhonten, prepare to embark on a fine culinary omakase journey, where diners will enjoy an intimate interaction with the chef and savour the freshest seasonal seafood. Boasting a solid selection of Japanese sake, expect an elevated flight paired with the taste of the sea. With no more than ten seats right in front of the preparation table, the omakase menu features sets of 8 to 9 courses and range from $268++ to $480++.

Bonjour! With Spring here at our doorsteps, Bistro Du Vin has launched a new seasonal menu from 14th April onwards.

For starters, get ready to dig into buttery Foie gras poêlé ($38++), served with Granny Smith apples, dragée and poultry jus, or the Salade de topinambours ($22++), comprising Jerusalem artichokes, celery, pine nuts and walnut dressing.
