A REDISCOVERY OF PERANAKAN HERITAGE FLAVOURS

Inspired by fond memories of growing up in a Peranakan household, Indigo Blue Kitchen is a tribute to and rediscovery of flavours of a bygone era. Expect classic and comforting Peranakan favourites inspired by recipes from the matriarchs of old. Each dish carefully fine-tuned and presented with a contemporary edge. Some signatures on the menu include: IB’s Nyonya Poh Piah ($32 for two persons), Bakwan Kepiting Soup ($22), Satay Babi Lemak ($16) and Apom with Three Pengats (Jackfruit, Banana and D24 Durian ($14). A special fixed set menu will be available during the pre-opening period (From 17 May onwards). A 4-course lunch is priced at $40++ and a 5-course dinner at $55++.

JEUNES TALENTS DISCIPLES OF ESCOFFIER SINGAPORE COMPETITION 2019

The Les Amis Group is extremely proud of two of our chefs (Ho Si Wee and Cheng Rui Qi) from Bistro Du Vin who recently participated in the Jeunes Talents Disciples of Escoffier Singapore Competition 2019. Held at Shatec on 20 April 2019, our chefs took on the challenge of reinterpreting a classic recipe from the Auguste Escoffier cook book. One of our chef representatives, Ho Si Wee won 2nd runner up at the competition. Do say hi to the both of them when you dine at Bistro Du Vin!

From 22 May 2019 onwards, guests will now be able to enjoy a wider variety of dishes at Casa Verde with all-time favourite Peperoni Pizzas being made available at the Botanic Gardens! From our All-Day menu (7.30am – 4.00pm) guests can enjoy a selection of Singapore heritage dishes, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas as well as pizzas from Peperoni Pizzeria. A full Peperoni menu will be made available from 4.00pm till 10.00pm for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing dinner in the midst of the lush flora and fauna. Peperoni Pizzeria will also be available on Deliveroo in the Botanic Garden area.

NEW MODERN SUMIYAKI FAVOURITES

Japanese charcoal-grilling takes a turn as Jinjo introduces a new prefecture focused menu featuring the best ingredients of this season. New additions this round include the Chutoro Dobin (S$15) – a dashi featuring the tuna underbelly, grilled foie gras (S$18) served with red miso from Aichi prefecture as well as the Wagyu kagoshima sirloin (S$24) prepared in a Kushiyaki style. Choose from a selection of sakes that are specially curated to best pair with the delectable dishes.
