LOOKING AHEAD AFTER 25 YEARS

As one of the pioneers in Singapore’s F&B restaurant scene since the late 90s, The Les Amis Group has constantly pushed the boundaries of dining in Singapore even till today. As part of our 25th Anniversary we will be paying homage to our Asian roots by presenting traditional and heritage recipes with a modern touch. This will be displayed through our new Peranakan and Izakaya concepts that will showcase classic Asian flavours in modernised formats. Our new “wok-centric” concept will also serve as a dining venue for our staff.

Moving forward we are continually looking at new and innovative ways to shape the dining scene in Singapore. We will be supporting young local chefs who are passionate and have a unique philosophy behind their food. With a new respect for the environment, these young chefs are looking at creative ways to elevate and showcase simple ingredients on a plate to impress diners.

JINJO X TATENOKAWA BREWERY SAKE DINNER

Sake enthusiasts rejoice! This November, JINJO joins hands with Tatenokawa Brewery for a 2-day sake pairing dinner (07 & 08 November 2018). Veteran washoku chef Makoto Saito has put together a specially curated menu to complement the Tatenokawa’s sake offerings (Junmai Daginjo, Daiginjo Umeshu and Honryu Karakuchi) as well as Jinjo’s classic sakes. Naomi Obata – global representative and sake expert from Tatenokawa brewery will be present to share more about the sakes and their brewing process.

A BIGGER AND BOLDER MENU AWAITS

It’s always options aplenty when dining at La Strada. Diners can look forward to Chef Dalton’s latest curation of modern classic Italian dishes focused on seasonal ingredients from around the world. New dishes on the menu include the Sliced Japanese Wagyu Carpaccio with horseradish, capers, parmiagiano and truffle dressing as well as the Foie Gras Raviolo with port wine reduction and toasted hazelnut.

NamNam is turning up the heat this year at ZoukOut 2018 – Asia’s largest dusk to dawn dance music festival with hot piping bowls of Pho, savoury Banh Mi and small bites that will be served at the Food Village.
