Taking over the space formerly occupied by La Strada at Shaw Centre, élan offers a modern French dining experience peppered with Asian touches. Led by Restaurant Director, Philippe Pau and Chef de cuisine Chef Peter Teo, élan aims to bring diners a sense of enjoyment while presenting modern French cuisine in an approachable and unpretentious manner.
On the menu, expect a showcase of the best ingredients of the season. Signatures on the menu include Foie Gras Bon Bon ($38), Australian M9+ Wagyu Steak ($170), Crispy Scales Tilefish ($65) and Lemon Givré ($20).
