Forged by the bonds of friendship and a strong commitment to deliver impeccable cuisine and service, the Les Amis Group celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year. Since the inception of its flagship restaurant Les Amis on 15 March 1994, the Group has continued to evolve while striving to maintain its philosophy – a passion and dedication for excellence in everything it does.
Today the group has expanded to 21 concepts and 29 outlets in Singapore (as of June 2019), and continues to grow its presence in the local and regional food and beverage scene. The Group will be introducing four new concepts in Singapore that guests can look forward to in great anticipation.
Recognising its success today is owed to the hard work and determination of its people, the Group continues to focus on investing and nurturing its talent; giving them a platform to learn, develop and shine. Two of the Group’s new concepts will be helmed by young chefs under 30 years old while the other two concepts showcase two existing Les Amis Group chefs looking to branch out.
