The Feast of the 7 Fishes, known as “La Vigilia” in Italy, is a beloved tradition that has been passed through Italian families as a Christmas Eve celebration. It’s a celebration of seafood in a multi-course extravaganza.

Taking centre stage of this Christmas feast is the Feast of the Seven Fishes ($90++ for 2 pax), baked Mediterranean seabass with a sauteed medley of seafood in white wine and tomato vinaigrette.
