The Les Amis Group is extremely proud of two of our chefs (Ho Si Wee and Cheng Rui Qi) from Bistro Du Vin who recently participated in the Jeunes Talents Disciples of Escoffier Singapore Competition 2019. Held at Shatec on 20 April 2019, our chefs took on the challenge of reinterpreting a classic recipe from the Auguste Escoffier cook book. One of our chef representatives, Ho Si Wee won 2nd runner up at the competition. Do say hi to the both of them when you dine at Bistro Du Vin!
