Les Amis made her maiden debut back in 1994 as Singapore’s first independent fine dining restaurant.
Since then, the restaurant has evolved tremendously while maintaining its haute cuisine roots. This was possible through Chef Sebastien Lepinoy who took over the reins in 2013 and earned the restaurant its 3 Michelin Stars in 2019.
Chef Lepinoy and his team believe that excellent food and personalised service carry equal weight in crafting a unique and memorable dining experience for their guests.
Hence, the team aims not only to give their guests a “Taste of France”. With a team of in-house Masters, they also hope to paint an entire picture of France. Instead of a basic cursory explanation of taste profiles and provenance, the team at Les Amis tells personal stories of each key ingredient.
