Les Amis Group proudly welcomes Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa, the MICHELIN-selected unagi specialist from Nagoya, Japan, to Singapore. With a rich legacy spanning over 90 years, the restaurant is renowned for its mastery of live unagi, meticulously prepared and grilled over binchotan charcoal. Now helmed by fourth-generation Chef Kikukawa Yuhei, the brand has grown to 33 locations worldwide.
Opening its doors at Shaw Centre #01-12, the Singapore outpost offers signature dishes such as the indulgent Ippon Unagi ($48++) and regional favourite Hitsumabushi ($37++), served in handcrafted Japanese tableware. Guests can expect a refined and authentic dining experience that honours centuries of unagi tradition, now brought to life in partnership with Les Amis Group.
