Japanese charcoal-grilling takes a turn as Jinjo introduces a new prefecture focused menu featuring the best ingredients of this season. New additions this round include the Chutoro Dobin (S$15) – a dashi featuring the tuna underbelly, grilled foie gras (S$18) served with red miso from Aichi prefecture as well as the Wagyu kagoshima sirloin (S$24) prepared in a Kushiyaki style.
