Kausmo joins the celebration with a delectable 5-Course National Day Dinner Feast ($125++).
Expect a show-stopping feast full of classic local dishes with a special Kausmo touch – start with our favourite Kaya Butter Toast made with brown butter buns and smoky kaya, followed by Kausmo’s play on the traditional Rojak for an appetiser. Look forward to a stunning main of Five-Spice Roasted Duck, before starting on the tender Soy-Braised Pork Belly. End the meal on a sweet note with a decadent Dark Cocoa Financier paired with a nutty coconut mousse and gula melaka caramel!
