Refreshed Modern Italian by New Head Chef Peter Teo
La Strada is excited to welcome Chef Peter Teo as its new Head Chef. Formerly Executive Sous Chef at Les Amis (2015 – 2018), he stepped into his first executive chef role at Bistro Du Vin, Hong Kong (under Les Amis Group) in 2018, and subsequently Bȃtard, Hongkong – pushing these restaurants to greater success under his leadership. With a commitment towards grooming budding chefs, Chef Peter’s colourful experience has influenced his culinary creations.
