Bistro du Vin’s Spring menu features a harmonious blend of premium ingredients and culinary artistry. Each dish is a treasure trove of flavours and is sure to satisfy all your cravings.

The pièce de résistance of our Spring repertoire is the Jarret d’agneau de Printemps ($48++) — a hearty dish that embodies the quintessence of French cuisine. Think lamb shank braised to tender perfection, topped with green peas and served with Préfou garlic bread.

Other new dishes include Galette de crabe ($32++), a sumptuous crab cake with prawn farce, mustard and orange caviar supreme sauce, served with mixed salad.
