Ushering Spring in the French Way

Bonjour! With Spring here at our doorsteps, Bistro Du Vin has launched a new seasonal menu from 14th April onwards.

For starters, get ready to dig into buttery Foie gras poêlé ($38++), served with Granny Smith apples, dragée and poultry jus, or the Salade de topinambours ($22++), comprising Jerusalem artichokes, celery, pine nuts and walnut dressing.

For the main lead of the show, look forward to their hearty Navarin d’agneau ($40++), a popular spring lamb stew, accompanied with potatoes, tomatoes and green peas, as well as Filet de loup de mer ($48++), starring delicate pan-roasted seabass, served alongside artichokes barigoule, tomatoes, and olives.

A new menu is never complete without our favourite sweet ending. This season, Bistro Du Vin will be bringing classic and indulgent Baba au rhum ($20++) to your table. Featuring fluffy brioche soaked in citrus and rum syrup, before finishing it off with white chocolate whipped ganache, this dessert makes a boozy and delightful ending to any meal.

Time to book a seat now, soak up the convivial atmosphere while treating your taste buds to a gratifying French fare!
